Can the monsters touch me?
If they bump into you, it’s a complete accident and not intentional. Our staff is trained NOT to touch customers, and they will not grab you or try to hold on to you in any way. They expect the same level of respect in return - do not touch the actors or props.
Age Requirements
We suggest 12 and up for our night show, and 8 and under for Kids Monster Fest….but we leave it up to parents to decide since you know your children best.

We are always looking for high-energy additions to our team. Sign up on the Monsters Needed page to be added to our newsletter.
what if I lost something in the haunt?
We will do our best to help you find the lost item, but with the volume of guests cannot guarantee it will be found. All items found in the attraction are turned into box office the next day.
What About Parking?
Click here to visit the Rose Quarter website to see parking information. We have no control over the parking or price of parking at the Rose Quarter, being just one of the many events they host. We strongly advise taking Trimet or a car service like Uber/Lyft on nights where there is a basketball game or concert to avoid steep parking fees. We will NOT issue refunds based on your parking experience.
